Don’t forget your flu shot this year

Flu Shot | 0 comments

With COVID causing so many health concerns this year it’s more important than ever before to get your flu shot.

Medicare covers one flu shot per year. You pay nothing out of pocket when you get a flu shot from a doctor, pharmacy or other health care provider.

In addition to getting your flu shot you should:

  • Wash your hands regularly
  • Cover your nose or mouth when you sneeze or cough
  • Stay home and rest at the first sign of illness
  • Avoid contact with people who are sick

It’s important to protect yourself each year by renewing your flu shot. For more tips, call Diane Dee Lee at: (623) 251-6612 or email dleeski@reagan.com
